This manufacturing project, developed in collaboration with an industrial consortium from Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands, marks the establishment of North America's first fully robotic electronic jacquard weaving plant at 480 Avenue Lafleur.

Designed, planned, and constructed as a turnkey project by the Melki Group's team of professionals, the facility encompasses 150,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space and employs over 200 people. In recognition of its innovative design, the property was honored as the 2014 winner of the Most Innovative Architectural Industrial Building award in Ville Lasalle.
